In this beginners yoga course you will learn the basics and foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This style of yoga is a moving meditation. You will learn to move through the sun salutations influenced by breath focus, standing postures, finishing postures and the ultimate posture of relaxation.
This is a whole and rounded practice of health & well-being.
This is a yoga you will move to the sound of your own breath. You will stretch, bend, flex, fold and arch to align and strengthen your physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies.
You will learn focus and breathing techniques to strengthen and heal your body from the inside out.
The benefits come with a dedicated practice. They are a calm mind and a light lean body that is healthy from the inside out.

We had our first successful Soul Revival Retreat Day on Sunday 8th September. We are currently planning a programme of 4 retreat days for 2020. We'll kickstart 2020 with a Soul Revival Retreat day in January.
