Yoga Basics provides an introduction to the principles of yoga and breathing/relaxation techniques. It’s suitable for beginners and also anyone wishing to develop fundamental technique within their yoga practice. Taking a very relaxed approach (pun intended!) we have fun learning how to use our bodies and breath to optimise our physical and mental health.
