A blissful two hour class comprising of poses designed to induce a deep sense of quiet.
Passive yet deep stretches using a wide range of equipment. A range of twists, forward bends and supported inversions to assist in you reaching deeper inside yourself.
The class will end with a lengthy led meditation.
