This is an ideal time to begin a yoga practice. This class is based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as it offers so many benefits to such a young and great age. Benefits such as focus, discipline, breathing techniques, strength in body and mind, flexibility in body and mind.It keeps the physical body lean and light and the mind calm and clear. There is a fine balance of movement and relaxation.

This is a perfect class to keep your Teen calm and empower them to take responsibility and learn techniques to strengthen the body and calm the mind.
