    Beginners Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Course

    Tuesdays 7.45pm- 8.45pm

    Starting November 5th, 2019

    In this 10 weeks beginners course you will learn the basics and foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This style of yoga is a moving meditation. You will learn to move through the sun salutations influenced by breath focus, standing postures, finishing postures and the ultimate posture of relaxation. We recommend signing up to a beginners course to experience the full benefits of a yoga practice. If you cannot commit to the full we recommend 1-2-1 sessions with a yoga teacher so you feel the benefits of practicing yoga.

    Classes are not transferable to another class or the next yoga term.
    Please arrive at least 5 mins before class starts to quiet and calm your mind.

    Soul Revival Retreat Days

    We had our first successful Soul Revival Retreat Day on Sunday 8th September. We are currently planning a programme of 4 retreat days for 2020. We'll kickstart 2020 with a Soul Revival Retreat day in January. Watch this space for more info to come.

    Seasonal Yoga 100hr Foundational Course

    100Hour Foundational Course

    This is a 100 hours for students who are interested in deepening their yoga practice. The course consists of 50 hours of immersive practice in the studio with experienced teachers and 50 hours of home practice over 5 months. At the end of the course you will have all the skills and depth of knowledge to be confident about building your own daily practice

    You will spend 5 full days in studio practical practice, anatomy lessons, pranayama and meditation techniques, posture workshops. You will learn about energy and how to use yoga practice to maximise health. Learn about food and how you can influence health in the body by eating well.
