Half Led Primary Series - New Block Starting Tuesday 26th March


A challenging and authentic class involving breath work from the outset and strong flows of poses. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a set sequence based on the primary series which is practiced each week to detox, sweat and move your body with aid of the breath that shows progression and well-being if practiced consistently.

This Tuesday class is proficient in practicing up to half of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.
