This is a course consisting of 200 hours of Seasonal Yoga teacher training over 12/13 weekends after which you will be a fully qualified Seasonal yoga teacher .

Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training courses go far beyond the standard requirements for an accredited teacher training course. In drawing upon decades of experience, plus careful planning of the course structure and its materials, we aspire to create a learning environment which is fun, effective, diverse, and supportive. Our courses are for those who wish to teach Yoga, or those who would like to go deeper on their Yoga journey – for everyone it will be a year of personal evolution.

This training is for you if:

You have been practising yoga and want to know more in depth detail about postures, anatomy, and physiology.
You would like to go deeper into the asana, philosophy, anatomy, and seasonal information. You would like to truly understand what a seasonal practice is and how it can help everyone to live happier, healthier lives.

You desire to solidify your meditation practice and understanding of the chakra system.
You want to teach Yoga asana, Seasonal flows, meditation, pranayama techniques and Yoga Nidra.

You would like to spend a year with like minded Yogis, studying and discussing all aspects of Yoga.

12 modules – 10 x Friday & Saturday / 2 x Friday & Saturday & Sunday.

We are accredited by Yoga Alliance.org and our courses are certified upon completion.

ABOUT  YOUR TUTORS
Rosie Lawson is a seasonal trained yoga teacher. ERYT 200 & completing her 300 training in
December this year to become 500 RYT. This includes advanced seasonal masters training.
Rosie is a trained general nurse who has extensive knowledge of anatomy and how various health
challenges can have an impact on movement and mood .She worked in medical business at a senior
level for 25 years managing her own stress and coaching others. Rosie is also a master NLP
practitioner which means she understands how the brain processes and filters information. This
helps her understand how different people are individual and learn in different ways.
She is an experienced coach and mentor in business and uses this in classes to encourage people to
reach their full potential, while being gentle and kind.
As a Yoga Teacher She has been holding 7-8 classes a week for the last 3 years, with regular focused
workshops and 1-1 sessions for regular clients who have specific health challenges.
As a business owner she has co-hosted 100 hours Seasonal foundation yoga course and is co-hosting
200-hour Seasonal yoga teacher training starting in September. She has also hosted and organises
Yoga retreats and coaches’ women find focus balance and purpose.
Her ethos is to create a kind safe environment in her classes, trainings and workshops where people
can feel a sense of belonging, growth & community and learn essential life & stress management skills.
