This is an ideal time to begin a yoga practice. This class is based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as it offers so many benefits to such a young and great age. Benefits such as focus, discipline, breathing techniques, strength in body and mind, flexibility in body and mind. It keeps the physical body lean and light and the mind calm and clear. There is a fine balance of body movement and relaxation to mind control and calming.

Yoga empowers and is the perfect time to begin yoga in Teenage years. A regular yoga practice will help your Teen to learn techniques to control the mind and the body to walk confidently through their teen years.
