Jen’s love of yoga began with her very first Ashtanga class. Her practice has grown and developed over the past 18 years, incorporating different styles of yoga to support pregnancy and motherhood.
Upon completing her yoga teacher training, Jen has focused on sharing with new yogis the fundamental yoga techniques and principles that she learned throughout her own yoga journey (and wished she’d known at the beginning!) Also a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Jen enjoys being able to support others in their health and well-being through her two favourite passions: yoga and food!
