Just a wee bit about myself. I have been practicing yoga since 2017 and I undertook my Yoga Teacher Training in 2023. I am 200HR Registered Yoga Alliance Professionals Seasonal Yoga Teacher.
I structure my classes to be as inclusive as possible to welcome you all whether you are a beginner or improver Yogi. Postures in practice can be done in different ways using blocks, bricks and straps and alternatives given as well, I focus my class structure to promote a sense of relaxation whilst feeling that we have improved our physical and mental health.
My own interests are walking, walk/run/walk sessions, particularly in nature, up hills and feeling that sense of freedom. I enjoy learning and passing on information that supports others and happy to chat about the different aspects and benefits that Yoga can bring. I live in the country with my family, horses, geese, 2 cats and 3 dogs.
I have worked in a stressful career and at that time yoga was my savious to get through the week. This is what led me to undertake becoming a yoga teacher to pass on these benefits to others.
