Postnatal Rehab Mum & Baby Yoga

This class is for mums and babies together.  With a focus on supporting women through every stage of motherhood, Meghan’s classes blend breath and movement, rooted in her three-pillar methodology of breath, body, and being. Her goal is to empower and nurture women during this transformative motherhood journey, ensuring their well-being is prioritised throughout her programmes.

Tuesdays 10.30-11.30.
