Annual weekend yoga retreat with Eva Paterson (Iyengar instructor) Yoga retreat on the banks of a Scottish Loch near Callander. Idyllic setting, intimate venue, lots of yoga and like-minded people. Can you get any more nourishing or restorative? From £350 per person for a shared room. All vegetarian meals provided. Basic accommodation. Eva is an experienced yoga instructor of 20 years. She brings individual attention, creativity and fun to lessons. This year we are adding a session on the Vagus Nerve including some practical exercises/activities to stimulate the nerve and therefore calm the nervous system. Example Programme (tailored to attendees).
- 6pm Friday – welcome dinner
- 7.15pm – The Vagus Nerve. Introduction and simple exercises to activate. (60-75 mins)
- 8am – Saturday breakfast
- 10am – 1.5 hrs yoga
- 1pm – Saturday lunch
- Free time after lunch
- 3.30pm – 1.5hrs yoga (usually stronger poses)
- Saturday dinner – 6pm
- 7.15pm – Firepit (if weather allows)
- 8am – Sunday breakfast
- 10am – 1.5 hrs yoga (stretches, supported poses and openers after a stronger day yesterday)
- 12pm – Sunday lunch
